Our Service Delivery Specialists work in various teams within Klarna such as; Customer Service, Merchant Services, Dispute Resolutions, Consumer Operations Payments and many others. They are problem solvers and strong communicators in Klarna’s business language English and in their market-specific language.
Our Service Delivery Specialists serves Klarna’s customers in the millions. The customers are sometimes colleagues across our Klarna teams or external partners.  Although their backgrounds, tasks, languages, and teams vary, they have one thing in common, obsessing about their customer’s needs.
Do you always put emphasis on quality, detail and enjoy a structured way of working? Are you a solution oriented person with an interest in risk, law proceeding and e-commerce? Or do you have great negotiation and conflict resolution skills?
