You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, and work across teams at Cabot to ensure all customer needs are met.
- You manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, including coordinating the execution of shipments with transportation group.
- You keep customers well-informed of any changes.
- You find solutions to satisfy customer needs when issues occur.
- You keep records of customer orders in our ERP system.
- Eagerness to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Multitasking: setting right priorities, planning and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure when needed.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Italian (B2).
