Customer Care Representative (Italian)

You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, and work across teams at Cabot to ensure all customer needs are met.

Job Responsibilities

  • You manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, including coordinating the execution of shipments with transportation group.
  • You keep customers well-informed of any changes.
  • You find solutions to satisfy customer needs when issues occur.
  • You keep records of customer orders in our ERP system.

Requirements

  • Eagerness to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • Multitasking: setting right priorities, planning and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure when needed.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Italian (B2).
