• General administrative people support across all our sites globally
• Handle federal requests, surveys, applications
• Oversee and renew insurances, permits globally and deal with sick / accident cases
• Issue any requested confirmation letters, contract adjustment, maternity leave agreement, time trust agreement etc
• Maintain our employee records
• Support the People & Places team in various matters
What we are looking for
• BSc/MSc in Human Resources, HR-Expert/Professional Degree (Fachfrau/mann)
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law, social insurances, etc.
• Impeccable English communication skills, both in written and verbal.
• A passion for people who thrives in a fast growing, fast paced environment
• Professional experience in a start-up environment or software company is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills to solve problems and bring solutions to increase the business’ success
• Tech Savvy
• Ideally, the workload is spread across 3 – 5 days weekly
• German or Italian is a plus
