Requirements: 

– Native or near native of Italian language 
– Fluent level of English 
– Previous experience in Customer Service 
– Positive attitude 
– Willingness to learn 
– Ability to work under pressure 

Responsibilities: 

– Providing support for the German market via email and chat 
– Handling complains and providing information to customers 
– Working closely with other departments
