With your excellent expertise and people skills, we can create a place where every customer can feel special.


What you’ll do:

  • Answering customers’ requests via chat and email, helping and guiding them through the app and providing them with the best user experience in English and/or Italian
  • Be our customers’ voice by sharing their feedback and reporting their issues
  • Collaborating with our different teams and having direct impact on improving our product
  • Representing Vivid Money and build a trustful relationship with our customers

What you’ll need in order to be successful:

  • Unlimited desire to help customers and do everything possible to resolve their requests
  • Passion to build better customer service
  • Experience in customer support or work with customers
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Other European languages are an advantage
  • A digital native, including good MS Office or G-Suite skills
  • Experience with regulatory and government requests, customer’s claims are an advantage
  • Financial or investment background is also of advantage
