Customer Service Representative- Job Description:

Role:

  • Ensure the highest possible level of customer service    
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients  
  • Handling client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided  
  • Support through email, live chat and telephone to all clients globally  
  • Answering e-mails , assisting with the opening of client accounts, amending existing accounts  
  • Maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments  
  • Impeccable telephone etiquette and management  
  • General administrative tasks  
  • Escalating issues, which are not in the regular cycle of the activity

Requirements: 

  • Knowledge ofItalian at a native level and fluent in English
  • Holder of a University Degree in Finance, Mathematics or in a related field
  • Any other language skills will be considered an advantage   
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills   
  • Previous customer service experience   
  • Resourceful and able to quickly find and locate policies and procedures to deliver correct information in a timely manner   
  • Collaborates by sharing best practices with peers and team   
  • Helping attitude   
  • Excellent time management skills

The Package:

  • Shift work on a rotational basis, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 and/or 13:00-22:00 (one hour break)
  • Working on Public Holidays (additional remuneration) 
  • Medical Insurance
