The Support Specialist team in Sweden manages support in nine different languages for the European market and are located in Gothenburg.
As Customer Support Specialist you are part of the team supporting the European market, supporting and advising the product users such as diabetes clinics and patients. You will manage the English and Italian-speaking support cases by phone and email. As part of your work you translate documents, deliver system trainings and might also participate in exhibitions. You work closely with your colleagues but also get the opportunity to take ownership of your work and development.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL TRAITS
• Experience as a customer support agent
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, verbal and written
• Additional language skills in a european language is regarded as very meritorious
