As a member of our Channel Services team, you are helping our distributors and resellers serve their direct clients. You will resolve technical issues with their 3D printers, investigate machine errors, evaluate printer logs, and teach them your technical knowledge.
If you love building relationships and redefining the customer experience, we want you as our Italian & English Speaking Channel Services Agent (w/m/d).
The Job:
- Support our global distributor & reseller network by email and phone
- Manage and help resellers deliver the best service to their customers
- Help educate service agents from our distributors and resellers
- Feed customer reports back to our international engineering team
- Skilfully manage interactions all the way through to a resolution
You:
- Are business fluent in Italian and English
- Can quickly resolve technical issues
- Have finesse on the phone: you know when to listen and when to talk
- Connect with people, are a great listener, and consciously choose your words and tone in your writing and speaking, while keeping proper spelling and grammar in check
Bonus Skills:
- You are also business fluent in French
- You have B2B service experience
- You can autonomously manage your time and workload
