The position calls for an expert in the industry with strong business acumen. You will be driving Customer acquisition, conversion and retention, with a focus on revenue generation. You will be managing, planning and executing all marketing and sales activities for Italy to maximize ROI. Creating tailor-made targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, events in line with the central Marketing team and following strict Italian regulations on advertising and promotions . You are highly analytical, and you have a mind-set that is focused on results. You enjoy working autonomously, as well as liaising with various remote teams for a seamless delivery of strategy.
What you will be doing:
- Act as the primary representative of the company within the targeted market (Italy), when it comes to dealing with major customers, partners and professional associations.
- Create and drive forward a strong strategy specific to the Italian market.
- Recruiting, managing and above all leading a best in class team for Italy.
- Build first class working relationships across the business and with partners.
- Leverage all available resource within the organisation to drive market growth.
- Implement a customer experience strategy that contributes to a well-differentiated regional proposition.
- Help set clear KPIs and manage the function towards the achievement of its commercial goals
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years Igaming experience
- Unparallel market and industry knowledge and a proven success record of business development
- You’re a clear communicator proficient in both written and spoken Italian and English
- A humble team player who’s up for a good laugh with us and takes initiative and pride in their work
- Super awesome if you have an e-Commerce/Business Management/ Marketing related degree
