Are you a fan of social media platforms? Then this opportunity might be just the right one for you! To ensure the expansion of our service delivery center in Tallinn we are looking for Content Moderation Agents who will be reviewing posts on one of the largest social media platforms globally.
Your main tasks:Review and act upon user generated content on social media platforms; review and take necessary action as per the defined policy and terms and conditionsProvide insights and trends on content reviewedProvide feedback and suggestions on review process and workflowsProvide suggestions for product innovationPerform general data entry and other related tasksEmbrace and adapt to changes in type and nature of work, policy and procedures at short noticeFollow all hot cues and alert mechanism and comply to all such processes at all timeRespond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy
Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have:Excellent Italian and good level of EnglishActive Social Media presenceAttention to detailAbility to work with multiple tools/web browser windows simultaneouslyAbility to work in teamsKnowledge of MS office/Google suiteAbility to quickly utilize hot cues and key command shortcuts preferredStrong oral, and written communication skillsPrevious content moderation and BPO experience is an advantage
