Your new company

An Italian speaking IT support position is open at our multinational partner company, who is a multicultural, multi-language Shared Service Centre operating in downtown Budapest. We are looking for Italian-speaking professionals, who have 0,5-2 years’ experience in the field of Customer Care / Service Desk, or who have strong Computer skills/knowledge.

Your new role

In this position your responsibilities will be providing first level technical support to the employees in basic IT related problems and questions. You will mainly handle trouble-shooting via e-mail, and occasionally on phone.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this position, it is essential to speak Italian and English fluently. Fresh graduates, who studied Information Technology are also welcome!
