You are the contact person for electronic devices

  • You will answer customer requests on the phone and offer support via chat
  • You will help customers with settling their accounts, payment in instalments, returns, and other payment related requests

Your profile as a customer service employee

  • An excellent danish-, finnish-, swedish or norwegian speaker with very good English conversational skills
  • Working hours between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., weekend off
  • You are familiar with customer service
  • Computer affinity available
  • Living in Berlin and having a valid work permit at time of hire
  • Willing to work 5 times a week

  • Flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes
  • Various options for contracts (20 to 40 hours a week)
