This is a great time to start or continue your career in HR! Many of the traditional HR practices and conventions are being challenged today, and you can help shape the HR function moving forward. At Accedo, you will join us in rethinking and reshaping HR. Together, we continuously look for innovative solutions, experiment, measure, fail, learn and adjust as a team. And we are looking for fresh blood to bring new ideas to us!

So what does that mean?

As a junior member of our HR team you understand the basics and are eager to learn more about the dynamics between people in a fast paced, global business environment. You support people managers around our European and Latin American region to combine business priorities with employee engagement. Fostering a way of thinking that allows for experimentation and innovation is self evident to you. In this role you will screw up, and that is perfectly fine – as long as you learn from the experience, get yourself together, and improve.

On an operational level you will support all generalist HR activities in the region, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations and HR administration. In this work, you are thorough, detail oriented, and continuously looking for process improvements to create a better employee experience for all Accedonians. We are not perfect, and neither are you, but together we can support Accedo delivering video experiences to millions of people around the world!

Life at Accedo is truly international. You will work daily with people from different backgrounds, different experiences and different cultures. If this excites you, and you are not webcam-shy in Google Meet video meetings, then this may be the job for you!

Requirements

  • You have completed a professional education in HR, business administration or similar
  • You are fluent in English – additional fluency in Spanish or Hungarian are a plus!
  • Some professional working experience in HR, recruitment or similar is an advantage
  • You live in commuting distance from Stockholm, and are legally registered and allowed to work in Sweden
