Your tasks will include:

  • Independent management and high-quality content consulting for selected customers and interested parties from the startup, medium-sized and corporate world
  • Content consulting on our digital coaching concept and how it fits into L&D landscapes, leadership development and transformation projects
  • Building and developing long-term customer relationships through strategic planning and trustworthy cooperation
  • Management of webinars and on-site appointments
  • Elaboration of long-term coaching concepts in cooperation with the client

Your profile:

  • Required: experience/study/training in psychology, HR, personnel, coaching, pedagogy, personnel/organisational development or comparable
  • Experience as trainer (external or internal) or employee in the L&D Team / HR (preferred in the corporate environment)
  • Own activity as coach / coaching training is a big plus
  • Confident appearance
  • Willingness to travel within the Nordic Region (up to 20%)
  • English at mother tongue level, command of Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish is a bonus!
  • Very high self-propulsion and will to succeed
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
