Customer Support Advisor – German and French Speaking

Our Customer Engagement team goes above and beyond for our users, supporting them at all stages of their iZettle journey via phone, email, and live chat. We’re looking for several Customer Support Advisors to join them in Stockholm and help users across our German and French markets. As the friendly face of iZettle, you’ll inform merchants about what we have to offer and help them to set up their account in a way that’s tailored to their needs. You’ll also help them to grow and manage their business with the help of our products – always in a timely and friendly manner.
