    • Answer customer tickets via phone, chat and other platforms
    • Build an outstanding customer experience for our Spanish customers
    • Partner with our Production team to troubleshoot Spain-specific cases, escalating issues when necessary
    • Interface with our Product and Engineering team, reporting bugs and ensuring that customers have a clear way to navigate across our website
    • Translations from English to Spanish and commenting on Spain-specific texts, identifying areas for improvement


    • You have the ability to learn fast and adapt to a fast paced startup environment
    • You speak Spanish at a native-level and have great communication skills in English as well
    • You have a self-starter attitude
    • You love working in a team environment and are able to work on projects independently
    • Previous experience in customer service in Spain is seen as a plus!
