What you’ll be doing:

  • Using empathy/positive language when answering questions while customers are browsing our website
  • Helping each customer find their ideal car
  • Spotting opportunities to provide information that a customer may require at a later stage
  • Dealing with requests for booking and picking up a rental car
  • Keep customers coming back again and again 
  • Contribute your ideas to improve our Customer Support workflow and the DiscoverCars.com product
  • Be a team player and help the rest of the support team in any way you can
  • Work a rotating shift: day/evening/weekend. This position requires working on either Saturday or Sunday, and candidates that can work the entire weekend are preferred.

Requirements

  • Have native Italian language skills with excellent English skills (C1 level or higher)
  • Be able to work from home using your own equipment (we offer a supplement to cover peripherals such as a headset)
  • Have knowledge of what makes for the best customers service experiences 
  • Understand that the customer always comes first and have a passion for assisting people 
  • Have superb problem-solving skills and be able to be flexible to different customer profiles
  • Take ownership of your work and be able to multitask, as well
