What you will do:
As a member of this highly growth-centred team in Stockholm, your primary objective at this stage of our journey will be to spread the Estrid message and build our German community through great support and communication. In the role of Customer Experience Agent, you will be the natural and important link between Estrid and our community of customers and influencers in primarily Germany, throughout various channels (help-desk, social media, chat).
To thrive in the role, we believe that you are flexible, communicative, creative, self-sufficient and like to work in teams. You have a solution-oriented strategy, like responsibility and to get things done.

- A great communicator both written and oral in German and English

- Highly ambitious and driven

- Analytical with great organisational skills
- Someone that gets things done quickly and appreciates the importance of speed
- Swedish is a big plus but not mandatory
