About the job
There is a big global interest for our product, and to supercharge the potential we are now hiring the best customer service talent for our Customer Success team. At the heart of our strategy is to keep customers happy and guide them to get the most out of being a Veo customer. We will help them with any issues they have to ensure they get the best possible recordings.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a clear and comprehensive manner.
- Assist in writing and maintaining our support site.
- Gather feedback from customers to our product team.
- Suggest opportunities to improve the quality of our customer service
You will become a key person in our future growth, and we expect the following qualifications.
- At least 1-2 years of experience with Customer Service.
- Copenhagen based
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Danish, Spanish, German or French would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
