Job details

  • Job locationBudapest, Hungary, 9th District, Mill Park office building
  • Role type: permanent
  • Role level: junior level (no relevant IT experience needed!)
  • Full time employment, 40 hours/week
  • No remote work option available!
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Receiving end user calls
  • Provide level 1 and 1.5 resolutions
  • Ticket creation/Categorization/Prioritization
  • Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
  • Incident resolution and recovery
  • Ticket Closure
 
 

What we require:

 
  • Any graduate + English & Brazilian Portuguese language (fluent level or native speaker!)
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Service Desk/experience in a technical environment is preferable
  • Accept to work in different shifts (supporting LATAM timezone, which means the shifts are between 10am – 12pm CET Monday – Friday)
