The Customer Care Team is an essential part of the brand voice and is a vital part of our booming business. You will be a key part of a friendly, ambitious team and working in an environment that is focused on learning, improving and delivering.
- Respond to and lead on all post-booking questions from our Guests and Hosts via phone, on chat and by email
- Resolve problematic situations and ensure that things run smoothly.
- Be the key internal communication between our guest/hosts and the rest of the business
Your targets will include:
- Increasing Guest and Host NPS
- Reducing refunds and cancellations
- Previous experience in a similar customer care role
- You are a positive, calm person who is naturally inclined to help people
- You won’t read from a script and will be confident and comfortable speaking with lots of different kinds of people
- You are excited to learn and also to make an impact to benefit the overall team through continuous improvement
- Available to work full-time across a varied schedule on a permanent contract
