The Customer Care Team is an essential part of the brand voice and is a vital part of our booming business. You will be a key part of a friendly, ambitious team and working in an environment that is focused on learning, improving and delivering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and lead on all post-booking questions from our Guests and Hosts via phone, on chat and by email
  • Resolve problematic situations and ensure that things run smoothly.
  • Be the key internal communication between our guest/hosts and the rest of the business

Your targets will include:

  • Increasing Guest and Host NPS
  • Reducing refunds and cancellations

About you

  • Previous experience in a similar customer care role
  • You are a positive, calm person who is naturally inclined to help people
  • You won’t read from a script and will be confident and comfortable speaking with lots of different kinds of people
  • You are excited to learn and also to make an impact to benefit the overall team through continuous improvement
  • Available to work full-time across a varied schedule on a permanent contract
