General Responsibilities:

  • Develop player success strategy together with members of our leadership team
  • Define and execute player success and retention programs
  • Segmentation and profiling of players
  • Direct communication with identified players though email, chat and phone
  • Handling of queries and complaints for your identified player groups
  • Plan, execute and host player events (virtual and in person)
  • Work closely with marketing team to ensure proper segmentation and delivery of promotional offers and rewards

Requirements:

 

  • Experience in either VIP accounts management or customer relationship oriented roles in SAAS, hospitality or online gaming industries
  • Fluency in English
  • Comprehensive understanding of VIP’s marketing, CRM and operations
  • Ability to accurately profile and segment VIP customers effectively
  • Ability to deliver on target-driven goals
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Social and outgoing mindset
  • Highly analytical and solution-oriented
