As a Customer Support Agent, your mission will include:
assisting customers through phone, email, chat regarding different queries,
providing technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations
guiding clients through the products’ features.
All of this while delivering an amazing customer care experience!
In order to be successful in this role, you should possess:
Proficient knowledge in one of the following languages: Italian, German, French, Portuguese, Norwegian, Swedish
Good level of English (B2);
Good computer and internet skills;
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
Previous experience in Customer Care is a plus
