·       Identify targets and potential prospects
·       Contact (mailing, calling) prospects to understand their needs
·       Establish sales forecasts based on prospecting
·       Reporting on your activities.
·       Respect the daily targets and manage to quickly adapt to the daily rhythm required by the specific markets
·       You have a first significant experience in sales, especially on the prospecting part.
·       Good interpersonal skills. Rigorous, dynamic and autonomous, you are also results-oriented and very comfortable on the phone
·       You’re at least bilingual in any of the following Scandinavian languages: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian (and completely fluent in English)
·       You have the soul of a hunter
·       Manage to execute and be persistent even facing challenges on a daily level
·       Understand the nature of outbound selling and be passionate about it
