Responsibility:

  • Responsible to support and provide information to the clients’ customers on holidays and hotels as the Advisor
  • Attending to calls and emails
  • You will be responsible to transform customer support queries in unique experiences.
  • You will work with the latest customer care technologies from our multinational brands, being part of something big!

Requirements

  • Proficient in Norwegian (C2)
  • Advanced level of English
  • Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others
  • Experience in the tourism area (preferential)
  • For non-EU applicants, a valid work permit is required
