We’re looking for a motivated and driven Customer Care Specialist – French Speaking (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • Phone and email support for our travel agencies (bookings, invoices, payments and website issues)
  • Supporting our Sales Department when it comes to agencies accounts, payment reminders and technical issues
  • Supporting the customer care 3rd level support in cases related to payments, refunds, claims and complaints
  • Development of proactive solutions to ensure the best customer experience

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Certified or specialized in the tourism and/or leisure sectors
  • Previous experience in travel agency or customer care
  • You are highly motivated, persistent and team-orientated
  • Experienced user of MS Office
  • Full working proficiency in French and English. German is a plus
