Customer Care Advocate (Spanish)

Responsibilities:

  • Patiently assist and troubleshoot customers with varying technical, site, policy, account and miscellaneous issues
  • Navigate through our customers to find additional contacts, and send potential referral opportunities to the sales team
  • Show empathy and focus to customers while resolving issues in a timely fashion
  • Engage with customers using Shutterstock’s social media accounts
  • Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner
  • Accumulate customer feedback for product research and development
  • Multitask in fast paced environment with high volume of communications
  • Ability to thrive within and adapt to organizational changes

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to write without grammatical or spelling errors
  • 2+ years of successful Customer Service experience
  • Highly organized and detail oriented

Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university
  • Prior use of Salesforce
  • General understanding of:
    • Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
    • Digital imaging manipulation techniques
    • Stock photography licensing terms
