Hate when you have a great idea to improve the customer support process, but nobody cares?
As our Technical Customer Support, you’re responsible for helping our clients with their tech-related issues by locating the source of their problem and fixing it when possible and helping them to achieve perfect reports with Supermetrics tools. You’ll also have a chance to actively improve our customer support processes in a very relaxed and supportive atmosphere, while enjoying the great benefits that come with the job.
Your skills include:
- Strong English skills (verbal and written)
- Solid background in IT-support (3+ years of experience)
- Tech-savvy mindset
- True enjoyment in helping customers
- Experience in report building (BI-tools/Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel)
- Logical thinking on problem solving
We also value:
- Experience in online marketing and/or report building
- IT or Marketing degree
- Proactive and innovative approach
- Experience in PHP and/or API integrations
