Job Description

Skills Requirement
– Expert communication skills in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
– Previous experience of document management systems and processes would be an advantage.
– Excellent interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build credibility internally and with customers.
– Flexible to work in any 9-hour shift.
Overall Purpose of Job and Responsibilities
– Provide translation of process documents, reports and presentations from Portuguese to English (or) English to Portuguese as required.
– Coordinate with support centre & clients.
