Job description:
– Recognizing and resolving client issues via email or phone
– Installation, administration and maintenance of Adria Scan software on customers’ side
– Communication and cooperation with different departments within the company
– Answering all customers’ inquiries in a timely manner
– Maintaining accurate records of received calls and online support efforts in SalesForce CRM

Skills

– Excellent knowledge of both Spanish and English language in oral and written form
– Knowledge of Portuguese language is an advantage
– Highly developed communication skills
– Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
– Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented approach to work assignments
– Time management and ability to prioritize daily tasks
