To be successful in this role, one should have an experience of interacting with global clients (phone/email), be an effective communicator, quick to learn new tools and systems and flexible in the face of changes. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment. You should have great attention to detail, solid deep dive ability and researching skills, strong judgment skills, ability to multi task (in terms of assisting multiple Advertisers with different issues at any one time) and more importantly, be customer obsessed. Technically sound in online Advertising, one should possess excellent verbal & written communication skills and should be able to explain issues and paths to resolution to Advertisers quickly and efficiently.

Core responsibilities include:
· Serves as main point of contact for Advertisers and act as an enabler to their sales & marketing initiatives via 1:1 outreach programs
· Provide onboarding support along with setting up campaigns for new and existing Advertisers
· Provide onboarding and lightweight optimization support for new and existing Advertisers
· Understand Performance Advertising and uses various tools and techniques to fix campaign set-up and provide related campaign optimization support
· Provide education to Advertisers on Amazon Advertising products via 1:1 programs and online trainings
· Respond promptly & accurately to advertiser queries and help them resolve issues with regards to their campaigns
· Identify common blockers faced by new and existing Advertisers and provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve advertiser experience
· Identify opportunities to improve designed Amazon product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products
· Buddy up with new joiners and bring them up to speed with regards to program and process

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:
· Minimum B2 level German Language Expertise
· Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree (MBA) degree in a business discipline
· Graduate Degree with advanced German language skill
· Superior verbal and written German communication skills as demonstrated by experience
· Proven work experience of 2-4 years in sales / marketing efforts
· Passionate about online business, e-commerce and sales/customer support
· Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
· Superior verbal and written communication skills
· Flexible to work in shifts basis the region supported and to make calls
· Advanced computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications Include:
· MBA in Digital Advertising or other related Master’s degree
· Experience in e-commerce or retail industry
· Experience with working on Salesforce or email marketing platform will be an add-on
· Experience in data analysis, either professional experience or through education
· Demonstrate high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Google Ad Words / Bing Ads certification will be added benefit
