The perfect candidate has:

  • Good communication skill in Spanish , both written and verbal;
  • Advanced level of English language is mandatory;
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills;
  • Familiar with Windows OS, Office 365 package will be considered as an advantage;
  • Ability to multitask among multiple customer contacts and tools;
  • Knowledge in technical terminology will be considered as an advantage.
