This role is working within the eCommerce arm of the business to help the product teams develop customer and user experience across digital platforms, that are powered by content as much as utility and service. The content team plays a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end customer value proposition and is seen as a critical function in the product environment. An international team acting as thought-leaders on how to engage and enrich the experience of Western consumers. This is a unique opportunity to help in bringing content to the forefront of the product and experience design strategy within in the business. You’l work on everything from website copywriting to translation management, social media marketing and more.
As the content team, you work closely with product managers, designers and marketing specialists throughout the product and promotion development process to create and develop compelling content. As a member of the French content team, you will be responsible for the content on the French-language site, app and social media platforms.
