WHAT you will do

  • Optimize the supply of pre-existing cities/venues as well as launch new destinations within your region
  • Support the new suppliers’ enrollment and onboarding process
  • Provide support to the Senior Account Manager on daily operations and communication with existing and new suppliers in the regions under supervision (finance, API mapping, product selection)
  • Maintain and develop relationships with Tourism Boards
  • Coordinate with Musement B2C paid marketing team on preparing the offer for B2C campaigns (discounts, optimization of city and venue pages)
  • Coordinate with Musement B2C organic marketing team on social media campaigns, newsletters, etc.
  • Constantly improve the offer in your region by evaluating product standards, monitoring performances
  • Liaising with Acquisition, Business Intelligence and Marketing Teams to implement global best
  • Be an expert in your destination – give support to the Senor Account in generating new leads, strategic acquisition of new and unique products and full understanding of the competitive landscape and tourism trends of your region
  • Build and nurture a positive team culture by being a passionate and enthusiastic ambassador of Musement

HOW

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Dutch, Czech, Hungarian or Russian native speaker, English proficiency
  • 1+ years experience in account management preferably in the tourism and/or e-commerce industry is a plus
  • A pre-existing network in the tourism industry within your region is a plus
