Business Development Representative DE-Nordic

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs
  • Qualify business opportunities related to our customer’s products by e-mail, telephone and other platforms
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Proficiency in German (additional language skills is a plus) and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software – Hubspot. Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Proven working experience as a business developer, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Demonstrated experience selling via the telephone, web, and other technologies
  • Superb written, organizational, presentation and time management skills
  • Excellent planning and negotiation abilities
  • Proactive and excellent team player
  • Self-driven and highly motivated
