Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints via an email ticketing system
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Responsible for learning our systems and maintaining this knowledge on a daily basis
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Support – a must
  • Native English speaker
  • Ability to distinguish, prioritize, and report important technical issues
  • Resolve customer complaints via an email ticketing system
  • Contribute ideas and practical solutions to the team
  • 50 wpm minimum typing speed with accuracy
  • Fluent in additional languages – a plus
