Key Responsibilities

  • Execute CRM (Customer Relationship Management) communications of a sports betting brand, across multiple channels
  • Coordinate and prepare HTML templates and deploy in different CRM systems.
  • Operate administrative and Back Office systems
  • Analyze, optimize and maintain CRM processes and customer journeys
  • Ensure promotional campaigns use all available marketing tools
  • Work with marketing and creative teams to develop highly effective, original, and targeted creative concepts and content
  • Write and edit creative material for promotions and direct marketing, including emails, newsletters, and website content



  • At least 1 years of previous experience in a similar position
  • Creative and detail-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, an aptitude for teamwork, and the ability to brainstorm
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Native Spanish – must
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in email marketing – an advantage
  • Experience with HTML – an advantage
