Your day to day role:

  • Communicating with customers by telephone, email to provide outstanding service
  • Identifies customer requirements and routes them to the correct sales or technical specialist (based on product specialty)
  • Provide general information about client products, technical support policies and licensing.
  • Creates and documents interactions in tools supplied by the client
  • Validates and registers customer profiles in system
  • Translates escalated incidents where necessary
  • Effectively communicates resolution to customer issues
  • Verifies Product ID is valid to grant support only to legal clients
  • Escalates issues outside of service boundaries or when resolution cannot be confirmed

Our perfect candidate would ideally have:

  • Fluency in one of the following languages: Danish/Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of PCs and Relevant Microsoft products
  • Familiar with different MS Office applications
  • Quick learner who easily applies problem-solving, critical thinking and analysis skills
  • Previous technical experience would be considered as an advantage
  • Friendly personality and be a team player
  • Self-motivated and able to work proactively
