Customer Service Representative (Portuguese)

Main missions:

The role will consist in supporting Portuguese market by :

  • dealing with a high volume of incoming calls
  • being interface between clients and production sites
  • taking care all order processing from A to Z into the ERP system
  • checking stock availability before sending the product
  • managing customers’ goods delivery on time
  • preparing documentation and invoicing
  • managing customers queries and complaints
  • updating and maintaining database
  • participating to improve existing process
  • producing reports and KPI’s relating to the business.


  • 2 to 5 years exoerience is a customer service by supporting portuguese market
  • Portuguese mother tongue, English fluent (Advanced)
  • Spanish and French are a plus
  • Good command of MS Office and  ERP Systemen (Oracle or SAP)
  • Team player and able to deliver a high level of customer’ service
  • Swiss citizen or valid work permit (L, B, C or G)
  • Quickly available (1 month maximum)
