What would be your tasks?
• Complex care of our airline clients (Air France, KLM, Delta airlines)
• Communication with passengers via phone or e-mail in English and German language
• Providing support regarding baggage claims and baggage tracing, creating flight bookings, changing existing reservations, providing support regarding online check-in etc.
• Fluency in English and German
• Strong communication skills
• Customer oriented attitude
• Experience from a call center or a tourism background is an advantage but also fresh graduates are welcome
• Other European languages of advantage
