Your new role
As Customer Service Representative, you take and process transactions from customers or representatives via telephone and/or e-mail. In this position you are one of the main contacts for various customers regarding daily inquiries and issues. The key focus of your job is to develop strong business relationships together with your team. You interact proactively with third parties and the internal organisation about operational inquiries. Furthermore, you will manage customer escalations and solve (critical) incoming matters. Together with your team you will be responsible for several accounts worldwide.
What you will need to succeed
To be successful as Customer Service Representative you have a bachelor’s degree and relevant working experience. You are customer focused, solution driven and you work well in a team. Your English and French language skills are excellent (written and verbal). You have knowledge of international order processes and you have previously worked with SAP. Experience in the technical branch is an advantage. Furthermore, you are able to work under pressure and meet customers’ expectations.
