Responsibilities

  • Understand the specification of the service contract and be responsible to facilitate flawless contract handover from Sales & Service Sales and Construction to Backoffice and Field Service
  • Be responsible for the increase of revenue for own customer portfolio, developing standardized and individual Service Offerings for the customers and support the implementation of newly launched service concepts and covering the whole sales process including execution until invoicing
  • Ownership of the customers service experience including Customer Loyality Service Score
  • Receive, understand, analyze and register all requests from customers, monitor the operational variables and check reports for each wind farm operation assigned in order to assure reliability of the information gathered
  • Drive and sufficiently understand the solution of technical incidences, contract claims and project management issues – internally or externally – suggest remedial actions and communicate to customer in order to satisfy customers’ needs. If appropriate defend Vestas position and convince customer
  • Control and distribute operation documentation, manuals, contracts and compliance procedures internally in order to assure reliability of the information gathered
  • Support and validate the billing and payment process for each wind farm operation assigned in order to assure reliability of the information gathered and compliance of financial procedures. Manage overdue receivables reduction

 

Qualifications

  • German & English language skills mandatory, Czech/Hungarian appreciated
  • Commercial & technical education, university degree (preferred) or at least Handelsakademie or Höhere Technische Lehranstalt – plus proven combined technical & commercial occupation for several years
  • Being already exposed to customers for several years including contract negotiations and claim handling experience
  • Computer literate, MS Office mandatory / SAP/ERP appreciated
  • driving license B and readiness to travel 35%
