Management of cases according to established ways of working, including:
-Using the Salesforce case management tool to log queries and updates, create tickets, and ensure closure of tickets
-WIPS management, keeping customers updated on the status of open cases
-Responsible and accountable for of E2E process
-Handing-off cases to other teams in HR Services as required
-Maintaining relationships with third party service providers
-Meeting establishes KPI’s and SLA’s
– Effective partner relations with both the internal Brazil, US and CA business partners as well as external parties. Escalating complex queries to senior advisors, SME’s, and T3 teams as needed.
– Liaising with HR Business partners, HR in Country, Employees, and Line managers, as required in order to resolve cases.
– Ensure all financial controls and Data Privacy Rules are accurately executed to fully address the business risk in an environment with high dollar materiality and safe guard from Data breaches.
– Contribute to overall strategy and direction of HR Services.
– Effective problem resolution, change management and communications.
– Managing multiple priorities and competing demands.
– Actively participating in and promoting a culture of innovation and Enterprise First behaviors with a continuous improvement mindset.
– Sharing best practices within the team, striving for continual improvement in service delivery, participating in improvement initiatives.
– Working and communicating in a global, virtual organization with key stakeholders
– Conduct audits and review relevant audit reports, and raise concerns as needed.
– This is a full-time position with set work hour requirements and required overtime during certain peak periods
The position will be responsible for executing business assurance processes and ensuring sustainable SOX/FCM compliance and controls relevant to global and local processes. Execution of Local HR Processes, in line with existing policies and procedures, assuring high quality data management in Shell People, as well as documentation, including on-going support to employees
This position will work closely with areas of Americas Payroll Operations in a supportive team environment to meet the various deadlines for processing and reporting of payroll and tax results, partnering with HRV US, CA and Latin America Operations, and special projects as required.

Additional Information:
Candidates should also possess the following:
– Portuguese and English (Good Command, both written & oral)
– Previous experience in Shared Service, Call Centre, HR Payroll Service environment
– Strong analytical skills
– Sound business and commercial acumen
– Strong communication skills
– Commitment to continuous improvement
– Strong written and verbal communication skills on both Portuguese and English
– Excel, Access, Word, Outlook Internet and strong SAP knowledge
– Basic knowledge with Workday is a plus
– Strong organization skills
– Strong multitask skills
