This will be your future role:
As an HR Agent, you will be helping people on the phone and via internal tools with any HR related questions they might have. You enjoy communication and you are open to assist people who can sometimes feel lost in internal policies, HR regulations.
Examples of what you will be handling:
Helping people to utilize Accenture benefits (which we have a wide range of)
Answering questions regarding leave-of-absence or part time related topics
Guiding fellow employees through the corporate jungle, sharing your knowledge
You will have experienced colleagues helping you to get started; however, before you know it, you will become an expert yourself, helping the others.
This is what you already have:
• You enjoy communication and you are fluent in Spanish
• You have at least basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• You like to give customers the best service possible
• You enjoy getting to the core of issues and you do not leave any detail out
