Key responsibilities

  • Support users by e-mail, phone, social network, and other sources
  • Educate our customers from basics to the full functionality to benefit from SEMrush services (demos and webinars)
  • Provide internal departments and management with customers’ feedback

Job requirements

  • Good verbal and written English
  • Strong verbal and written Italian skills (native speaker)
  • Higher Education (preferably in Marketing, PR)
  • Work experience with any support related experience
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Energy, enthusiasm and motivation;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Humility, willingness to constantly learn and grow, creative playful approach to achieving goals
  • Desirable: Understanding the SEO basics or readiness to learn more about it;
