The main tasks are:

  • Ensure appropriate SLAs/OLAs with internal and external supporting organizations in place
  • Review SLAs/OLAs targets and metrics where necessary
  • Initiate, coordinate and agree appropriate actions to maintain or improve service levels
  • Plan and organize regular preventive maintenance activities
  • Analyze and review actual service performance against Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs)
  • Evaluation and classification of incidents, events, problems and service requests
  • Starting appropriate actions to solve the tasks within the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) e.g. assignment of incidents to service field engineers or the appropriate subcontractors
  • Provide regular reports on service performance and achievement to the client and the Veridos management
  • Prepare offers of maintenance services, spare parts, wear and tear parts, consumables and simple enhancements for the installed Document Lifecycle System (DLCS)
  • Support of Sales, Proposal- and Project Management in all Service Issues
  • Participate in the planning, coordination and implementation of all service related issues in Veridos’ customer projects (e. g. hardware and software installation, Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests)
  • Ensure alignment of Veridos’ solutions to client business needs


The Project Manager Service has to ensure the:

  • Solving of incidents
  • Scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Conclusion of support contracts with product and service vendors
  • Fulfillment of the contracted tasks of subcontractors and service partners
  • Achievement of the agreed targets of the contribution margin 2 during the whole service lifecycle
  • overall customer satisfaction
  • Reporting of problems and changes


Your Profile:

  • University Degree with technical Speciality (e. g. computer science, electrical engineering)
  • Work Experience for at least 5 years at Project Management or Technical Service of complex IT-Systems
  • Confidential attitude, assertiveness, distinctive communication skills
  • High degree of Customer Orientation and intercultural Competence
  • High Process- and Target Orientation
  • ITIL & Project Management Certification (GPM, IGMA, PMI) is preferable
  • negotiation level in Arabic and English, good knowledge of German language will be an add-on
  • willingness to travel, e.g. Iraq
