The tasks:

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Develop and execute tactical client acquisition plans embedded in the growth plan of the company
  • Conduct web-meetings with qualified leads in order to demonstrate our solution and bring them through our structured sales process
  • Hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of own portfolio of new clients and act as their key interface with Kairos.
  • Expand the commercial relationships with existing customers and ensure clients are satisfied with the value captured through our solution and services
  • Attend procurement events to expand network and develop relationships with existing accounts and potential clients

The Candidate:

  • Probably has a background within solution selling, procurement consultancy, a corporate procurement role or of selling data products and data feed products
  • Has experience in navigating in or selling to large procurement organisations
  • Excellent business understanding and ability to understand the customer context
  • Persuasive presenter, with highly developed listening skills and the capability of building relationships with professionals at all organisational levels
  • Self-driven, with the right balance between drive and patience
  • Structured, analytical and well organized with attention to detail
  • Relevant education, preferably at bachelor’s or master’s level
  • Fluent in English, additional languages, especially German, Spanish or French would be preferable
