Position: Client Relations Executives- various languages

Duties

Your Key tasks may include:

• Promote Company financial products and services

• Lead a sales strategy for acquisition of new customers

• Handle incoming leads and develop them into clients of the company

• Make welcome calls and follow up to new clients

• Discuss financial markets and factors that move them in a clear manner

• Assist clients in understanding the Know-Your-Client documentation

• Train clients on the Company’s trading systems, and interact daily with clientele

• Communicate marketing promotions to clients via telephone and email

• Meet personal and team targets

• Interact daily with a high-end clientele

• Build and manage a client portfolio

• Analyze market trends

• Lead a sales strategy for acquisition of new customers

• Meet and exceed sales related targets

Qualifications

High School, 1 to 2 Years work experience
To qualify for the role, you must have:
• A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related field
• Business fluency in any of this language: Italian/ Spanish/ Turkish/ German/ Dutch/ English
• Previous experience in sales within the financial sector/ banking/ FX will be considered an advantage
• Excellent Telesales skills
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent problems solving skills.
• High level of organization with fine attention to detail.
• Advanced efficiency in Microsoft Word, excel and google products, Internet savvy.
