The Customer Service – German Speaking (M/F) should:
- ensure all customer orders are dealt with in the prescribed time frame and format.
- ensure all customer queries are dealt with speedily and accurately.
- ensure that customers are kept up to date regarding any on-going communications / orders.
- ensure any issues in the customer journey are feedback to the team to resolve in a timely manner
- complete any other reasonable tasks as requested by the eCommerce team to ensure our service is 110%.
- keep up to date with the latest products and changes of the business to ensure that chat is relevant and compliant with business policy
- embrace and grow product knowledge across all brands

The ideal Customer Service – German Speaking (M/F):
- Great interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to communicate clearly and speedily in text
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise.
- Multi task / Flexible working attitude.
- Team player with the ability to work independently as required.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Multiple languages would be an advantage
- Ability to operate effectively in an international, multicultural, diverse organization
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience setting up and managing a budget
- Should be able to contribute to planning and strategic thinking
- Should be able to develop effectual relationships and operate with executives, customers and external partners
- Fluent in English and in German.
