IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

   

Establish the Customer Care Organization in Europe:

  • Manage the Customer Care team in European Fulfillment Center (Monchengladbach) and Szekes, Hungary
  • Support the creation of the Isolation Valves Center of Excellence in Szekes
  • Defining processes and procedures between all European Sales offices and EFC
  • Proactively manage backlog
  • Provide timely and comprehensive updates to customer
  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction 

 

Functional Excellence:

  • Establish KPIs for each function within the organization
  • Align goals with Isolation Valves business strategy and ensure effective implementation to achieve desired results
  • Utilize Lean methodologies to improve processes and performance
  • Conduct regular business reviews on performance of team

People Management:

  • Direct, motivate, and manage the Customer Care team to provide best in class performance and achieve KPIs and business targets
  • Effectively staff Customer Care team across all required functions
  • Ensure processes and tools in place to support continuous learning as well as internal development and promotion 

 

Growth:

  • Contribute to Company Growth projects through effective coordination between the different functions
  • Proactively work with all stakeholders in the enterprise to deliver process improvements and target milestones

 

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is preferred
  • At least 3 years of successful experience in managing customers in an industrial environment, large scale multi-site projects, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience of effectively managing a team
  • Proven track record of achieving results in a matrix organization and demonstrated business acumen
  • Fluent German and English; Any other European language is a nice to have (Hungarian preferred), but not a requirement
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time in Europe
